For the last seven years, Andrea has been the Principal of Latymer Prep School, an independent co-educational Prep School in West London, which is part of the Latymer Foundation along with Latymer Upper School. With over 30 years of teaching experience, she has held leadership roles in several independent London Day Schools, including four years as a Deputy Head covering academic and pastoral roles with children across KS1 and KS2, and she has been the Head of Humanities and Head of Year in KS2. She is a member of IAPS, sitting on the nationwide Heads’ Pastoral and Wellbeing Committee and the 1S District Committee, and she has recently trained as an ISI inspector under the new framework.

She lives in West London with her 17-year-old son, who has recently started teaching her to play golf. When she has the time, she enjoys theatre, travel, eating out, and embroidery.
