Seeds of Hope Competition

Despite the tragedy all around us, there is a sense of tremendous creativity and innovation in the air and we would like to harness this by launching our exciting new art competition, entitled ‘Seeds of Hope’. As you all know, The Lyceum places creativity at the heart of all that we do and there is no better time to celebrate the creativity of our children, parents and staff.

There will be a child category and an adult category and we will accept any artistic medium, be it poetry, creative writing, watercolour, pencil drawing, photography, dance, music or 2D or 3D art. Video clips should be no more than 3 minutes long and can be shared via DropBox. Photographs of the work should be submitted to Chloe by the beginning of next term. All pieces of work will be displayed on our website and this will enable us to celebrate the incredible creativity of our community.

The creative pieces will be placed in different categories and judged by a panel during the first week of term. Winners will win seeds and plants to symbolise new growth and the hope of a cleaner, happier world.
