Today Thursday 5th October 2023 we celebrate World Teacher Appreciation Day.
We want to say a huge thank you to all of our teaching staff at The Lyceum for their kindness, care and hard work educating all our children.
We’re putting Year 4 Teacher and Head of Maths Miss Cortez, and Assistant Teacher Miss Haynes in the spotlight today as not only do we think they are amazing, they featured in the Dukes Education Heroes Behind the Crown book earlier this year.
The book celebrated staff who go above and beyond in school, making a real different to pupils and colleagues.
