Hugo raises £700 to help with the Devastation of Australian Fires

As soon as he returned from Christmas holidays, Hugo in Year 4 called an urgent Eco Committee meeting to raise money for the fires in Australia. He approached a few friends from his year group and came up with a plan of action on how the entire school could help and pitched it in assembly.

They raised around £700 to help families who have been affected by the fires and the Port Macquarie Koala Hospital.

We are so proud of Hugo and his proactive approach to how he has organised this charity event, he is a true asset to The Lyceum School.
